Are you aware that you are perfect, just as you are, with nothing to fix or change?

This coming year let’s set an intention. Rather than saying things like: “I intend to be more kind,” I intend to stop smoking,” etc., let’s all join in the intention of celebrating ourselves as the Beloved.

Let’s practice self-reverence, self-love, mercy, and gentleness to the heart that needs it the most: our own.

I have always said that the nature of God is to extend and extend and extend.

How could we be so vain as to believe we could limit that extension in any way? How could we ever believe we were wrong, or bad, or flawed?

You are protected. There are angels everywhere, watching over you, even when you think something “bad” happens. Nothing, absolutely nothing, happens by chance in God’s world.

You are supported. You are loved by the Divine. Turn that love around and embrace your sweet selves this season and see God in your own heart.

And celebrate this very good news.
