I have been talking about the Work of Byron Katie for many years. I have been fortunate enough to have met my meditation teacher in India and to spend many years with her, both in India and in her Ashram in upstate New York. When I met Katie in 2003 at a 9-Day School for the Work, all my years of meditation and seeking culminated in a mental clarity and freedom I could never describe. Her work cuts through everything. It is deceptively simple. It is profound.

Katie gives an hour-long gathering three times a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. PST. Many people from all over the world attend. It is for donation only. You can check it out on www.theWork.com. It is called “AT HOME WITH BK”.

I attended the group last week and was fortunate enough to be called on for facilitation with Katie. There were several hundred people attending virtually.

I have attached the session. While I find some of it cringeworthy (my blab), watch as Katie works with me and watch as I eventually sink into my truth. I settled. And when one doe the Work without a motive, but only for the love of freedom, well, all I can say is, I am still light and blissed-out, even as the apparent outside worlds does its thing with me. 😊
